I hope everyone is keeping well under these exceptional circumstances.

MCQMC 2022 will now take place online as a free conference, with considerable assistance from the MCQMC Steering Committee led by Alex Keller.

The tutorials and plenaries will take place as live talks with questions afterwards. These will be hosted on Zoom by ICMS (International Centre for Mathematical Sciences, Edinburgh) who are very kindly assisting us with this.  The timing will be approximately 14:00-17:30 UK time, so 15:00-18:30 for most of Europe, and 9:00-12:30 for Eastern US/Canada.  We regret that this timing will not be good for some parts of the world, but recordings will subsequently be available for a month.

All other talks, both from mini-symposia and individual contributed talks, will be pre-recorded by contributors and uploaded to a website, ideally as a PDF of the slides plus a video presentation, with an online Q&A discussion section for each. All contributors should have been contacted, either directly or via mini-symposia organisers, to check whether they wish to go ahead in this way.

Please register using the link on the MCQMC2022 event page of the International Center for Mathematical Sciences (ICMS).

Regards,

Mike Giles
